Whats the difference between original toner or staples and compatible?

On Mono [Black] Toner
Very little, the manufacturers would prefer you use their product and will state that the quality is better in some instances this is true but usually with photocopier toner it is hardly noticeable. Also, compatible toners may cause other items such as rollers to wear more quickly. We do not notice any difference on photocopier staples.

On Coloured Toners
Producers do not seem to be as succesful and long term use can cause problems, we recommend caution when buying this product as purchases are entirely at your own risk.

Is there a time when compatible toner is NOT recommended for use?
Yes! You can mix compatible [non original] photocopier toner with original toner, but you should not mix different brands of compatible toner with each other this frequently causes problems on copy quality. If a problem is noted an engineer will be needed to vacuum out the toner and replace it with new

I have been told different compatible photocopier toners when mixed can cause a problem is this true?

We have just changed from an old machine to a new copier which is the SAME MANUFACTURER but have some old toner as it is the same brand will it work in the new machine?
No this will only cause problems under no circumstances should you try this. The only exception to the rule is where a machine is branded under different names and is the identical compatible machine i.e. the following are identical:

  1. Ricoh Aficio 1022
  2. Gestetner 2212
  3. Nashuatec 2205
  4. Lanier 5622
  5. Rex Rotary 2238
  6. Infotec IS2022

I have been told different compatible photocopier toners when mixed can cause a problem is this true?
No this will only cause problems under no circumstances should you try mixing different manufacturers toners.

Do you offer bulk discounts on photocopier toner & staples?
Yes, for orders over 10 of the same item

Do you require minimum orders?
On some products Yes, search for the item you require and if a minimum purchase is required our prices should will say so, sorry but because we offer such a huge range even we may make mistakes sometimes.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, subject to stringent checks credit cards are a major source of fraud and if we have any doubt we will not process the order.

Do you accept debit cards?
Yes, subject to the same stringent checks credit and debit cards are a major source of fraud and if we have any doubt we will not process the order.

Do you ship overseas?
Occassionally - Airmail & Surface up to 2Kg however again due to the large number of card frauds if we have any doubt we will not process the order. You must let us know quantities and shipping location for low weight items. For heavier weights you must arrange shipping.

What if my order is not as decribed?
It is your responsibility to check that you the order you have received is correct and complete. In the event of error you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Can I return a product that has been wrongly ordered?
Yes, It is your responsibility to check that you have ordered the correct item for your machine Returns are permitted within 48 hours

Refund allowance is 50% less shipping costs therefore your purchase price £30.00 + £7.95 + VAT shipping Refund = £15.00 + VAT and you are liable for the cost of returning the product. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How long is your delivery time?
For orders placed before 1pm we usually deliver next day subject to stock availability. Later orders may also arrive next day but we are not able to offer guarantees unless you wish to pay a higher delivery charge. Credit and Debit card payments may cause a delay which is out of our control, if in doubt please call and ask.

We are stuck and have run out of toner today or we have a job we must finish. Can I collect from you?
If we have the product in stock . We do not encourage customer collection but if your need is urgent you may contact us and ask if the item is in stock and available, if so you may arrange to collect it yourself from either our central warehouse is in Aylesbury, Bucks or from one of our suppliers.

If you have not got an item in stock how long is delivery?
We can usually still arrange delivery from our suppliers direct to you for the next day, however if there are problems we will let you know as soon as we know.
